We can add additional departure dates throughout the year for groups of 20 or more however total
minimum number of passengers required for each departure is 45. As some dates are more popular than others we
do our best to have each departure go, in the event there is not enough demand for a departure date, you will be notified
14 days prior and offered an alternative date or a full refund.Please keep in mind
that we do require a min of 40 passengers for the departure dates to be confirmed, so pass the info around to friends &
times begin at 8:00pm to 9:00pm, please call 2 days prior to your departure date to confirm pick up time and location
if you have not received an email confirmation the week of departure.
If you have email, please provide us with your email address and we will email you the week of departure to confirm your pick
up time / location and seat numbers on the bus
Note: all times are tentative and will be confirmed 48 hours prior
to your departure date.
- We continue to
US Customs, please remember to have proper identification to cross into the US, we do not take responsibility for anyone who
is denied entry into the US and you will be responsible for any cost incurred to return home. After clearing US Customs we
continue to drive to Manhattan. Prior to our arrival we will be stopping at a service centre so you have free time to
change and fresh'n up prior to our arrival in Manhattan.
- As all seats on the bus are reserved anything you do not need for the day can remain on your seat for your
return trip home. Prior to the bus dropping the group off in Manhattan you will be given an itinerary with information on
Manhattan, points of interest, addresses and a contact telephone number in case of emergency.
- For those who wish to take in a Broadway Show, we suggest an afternoon show so you have time for dinner prior
to arriving back at the bus, tickets can be purchased in Time Square
- We recommend you purchase all show tickets and hop on hop off pass once you arrive in Manhattan. You
can purchase your hop on hop off at Grey Line once we arrive in Manhattan.
remember that wait times at US Customs do very, therefore approximate arrival time in Manhattan will be anytime between 7:30am
to 10:30am depending on wait times at the boarder.
approximate return time to the bus is for 9:30pm, departure from Manhattan will be for 10:00pm.
Pick up points for most tours will
be at the following locations:
Dixie Outlet Mall, Dixie Road and the South Service Road,
Etobicoke at 8:30pm
Canadian Tire Queenston & Nash Road in Hamilton for
Niagara on the Lake Service
Center at Exit 55 - Glendale Av. North of the QEW in St.Catharines for 10:00pm

Payments can be made in person by cash or debit, etransfer or we accept visa & master card, additional
service fee of 4% applies.
Seats on the bus are on a first come basis
at time of reservation and payment is
confirmed. A deposit of $50.00 per person is required to confirm
your seat, full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. All tours are 100% non refundable once payment is received, in the event you cannot attend, please
call us to cancell. If we can resell your seat a refund will be given, less the administration fee.
We recommend you purchase cancellation insurance in the event you cannot travel due to a cover risk, we also
recommend you purchase medical insurance when traveling outside of Ontario. Please contact us for additional information

identification is required to cross into the USA, therefore we highly recommend you travel with a valid Canadian Passport.
